Rick Galbraith

Rick Galbraith has extensive experience in IT support and systems administration, beginning with a role in Computer Support at CAM Systems from 1999 to 2000. Subsequently, Rick served as a Systems and Remedy Administrator at 8el from 2000 to 2009, and as a Remedy Project Support contractor at Virgin Media from October 2009 to June 2010. In June 2010, Rick worked as an OSA Consultant at RightNow Technologies until January 2011. Following this, Rick established Rick Galbraith Consulting Ltd., where the focus was on Remedy Support & Development consulting until July 2021. Currently, Rick holds the position of Managed Services Manager at KTSL, which began in July 2021. Academically, Rick holds a BSc Hons in Physiology & Sports Science from the University of Leeds, an MSc/PGDip in Electronic Information Management from Robert Gordon University, and an Introductory PG Certificate in Computer Science from the University of Aberdeen.
