Gary Ruisinger

Gary Ruisinger is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior IT Engineer at The University of Kansas since August 2021. Prior to this role, Gary worked as a Linux/AWS Engineer at TriCom Technical Services for six months and held the position of Lead Analyst in System Administration at Tyson Foods for over 15 years, where responsibilities included deploying and managing enterprise systems across various platforms such as AIX, HP-UX, SUSE, Red Hat, and OpenVMS. Gary began their career as a System Engineer at Cerner Corporation from September 2000 to July 2005. Gary holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Anthropology from Truman State University.
