Wouter Devroe

Wouter Devroe is the Dean of the Faculty of Law and Criminology at KU Leuven and a Full Professor of EU and Competition Law at both KU Leuven and Maastricht University. Currently, Wouter serves as Director - Of Counsel at Deloitte Legal and an Assessor at the Belgian Competition Authority. Wouter has previously clerked at the Court of Justice of the European Union and contributed significantly to legal scholarship with over 150 authored works in EU, economic, competition, and tax law. Wouter earned a Ph.D. in Law from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and an LL.M. from Northwestern University School of Law.
