Wouter Robijn

Wouter Robijn is an experienced professional with a strong background in HR training and consulting. Wouter began a career as a volunteer in foster care with Oikonde Leuven from September 2007 to January 2013, followed by an HR internship at Philips Leuven. Since December 2019, Wouter has served as the Owner, Trainer, and Consultant at KULtivating, co-founded with two fellow organizational psychologists to enhance the application of their knowledge in organizations. Additionally, Wouter worked from August 2009 to March 2022 as a Trainer and Coach in HR topics at Socialistische Mutualiteiten, contributing to various aspects of communication, leadership, well-being, and intrapreneurship. Wouter's academic qualifications include a Master's in Management from KU Leuven and a Master's in Psychology, specializing in Work and Organizational Psychology and Human Resources, along with a PhD candidacy focused on engaging leadership and team processes at KU Leuven from March 2017 to March 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Head Animator at Speelplein Aartselaar from July 2006 to August 2008.
