Lu Ning

Lu Ning is currently the Head of Quality and R&D Efficiency at Kuaishou, where they build and enhance the quality assurance system and tools to support rapid business growth. Previously, as a Senior Technical Director in the Quality Technology Department at Didi, they developed company-wide platforms and explored methods for monitoring and quality assurance. Lu worked at ThoughtWorks as a Senior Consultant, providing agile transformation guidance to major clients, and served as an Independent Technical Consultant for several prominent companies. They also held a position as a Senior Architect in the Project Management Department at Baidu, where they contributed to agile improvements and CI practices. Lu holds a Master's degree in Computer-Aided Design and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Beihang University.
