蔡雄山

雄山蔡 is currently the Vice President of Kuaishou and serves as the Executive Dean of the Kuaishou Research Institute. Previously, they held the position of Legal Research Director at Tencent Research Institute and worked as a Senior Researcher at the China Academy of Telecommunication Research. 雄山 received a Master's degree in International Law from the Transnational Law and Business University in Korea and another Master's degree from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne. As a renowned expert in Telecommunications and Internet Law, they have contributed significantly to drafting laws and regulations in China’s Internet sector and have represented the government in various international trade negotiations.
