Ryan Li

Ryan Li serves as HRBP Leader and Global HR Ops Leader at Kuaishou Technology since August 2023, overseeing HR business partnerships for various business units including E-commerce, Product teams, and User Growth, while also managing the Global HR Ops team. Previously, Ryan held the position of People Operations Leader for the Greater China Region at AppsFlyer from March 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included leading HRBP, Talent Acquisition, and Admin teams. Prior experience includes roles as an HRBP at Amazon, ByteDance, and Intel Corporation, where Ryan contributed to multiple business groups and managed HR functions through various organizational stages. Ryan’s educational background includes a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Law from Renmin University of China.
