Ahmet Saracoglu

Ahmet Saracoglu has a wealth of experience in technology and consulting. In 2012, they co-founded Kuartis Technology and Consulting, where they served as the managing partner. Ahmet also co-founded KuartisMED, another company in the same year, where they held the same role. Prior to this, from 2006 to 2012, Ahmet worked at TUBITAK Space Technologies Research Institute, where they held the position of technical leader and then senior researcher. In these roles, they managed and provided technical direction for the development of a state-of-the-art semantic concept analysis system and led a team of engineers. Before joining TUBITAK, Ahmet worked as a research assistant at METU from 2004 to 2006, where they developed video text recognition and object manipulation systems.

Ahmet Saracoglu obtained a Ph.D. in Signal Processing, Telecommunications, Pattern Recognition, and Computer Vision from Middle East Technical University from 2007 to 2012. Before that, they earned an M.Sc. in Signal Processing, Pattern Recognition, and Computer Vision from the same university from 2004 to 2007. Ahmet also holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Middle East Technical University, which was completed from 2000 to 2004. Prior to university, Ahmet attended TED Ankara Koleji from 1993 to 2000.
