Berna KARATOKUS

Berna Karatokus is a Program Manager with over 20 years of experience in business development and complex program management across the defense, aerospace, IT, and network industries. They hold a PMP certification and have provided training in project management methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Berna has successfully led various projects, such as the Gokturk-2 Earth Observation Satellite, and has played a key role in establishing PMOs and auditing project lifecycles. Currently, they are involved in program management roles at Kuartis and Kızılay Teknoloji. Berna earned a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Osmangazi.
