Kubabka is a modern bakery café concept in London built around one hero product: babka. Both sweet and savoury, our babka has developed a loyal following at Kensington & Pimlico farmers’ markets, alongside our acclaimed gluten-free seed bread and cookies.

We combine classic technique with inventive flavour, creating breads and pastries that feel indulgent yet contemporary. What began as a single market stall has grown into a brand customers describe as “the best gluten-free bread in London” and “the most memorable babka I’ve ever had.”

We’re now preparing to open our first permanent site — bringing together exceptional baking, speciality coffee, and a warm, modern space for Londoners to enjoy.
