Jamel Singleton has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jamel started their career as a Lead Multimedia Programmer at Vision Stream in 2000, where they produced CD-ROM software and trained the design team. In 2001, they became the Vice President of Digital Media at Webemercial Interactive, where they developed creative direction and managed a development team. In the same year, they also worked as a Creative Consultant at Fasturtle Technologies.

From 2003 to 2011, Jamel served as a Creative Consultant at Rocky Mountain Marketing, providing creative insights. In 2007, they joined azcentral.com as a Senior Website Designer, conceptualizing the visual aspects of their online brands.
