Laura I.

Laura I. has extensive experience in the technology industry as a Human Resources Professional. Laura began their career at KUBRA in 2000 as a Human Resources Executive, and later progressed to the role of Senior Vice President of Human Resources in 2005. As the SVP, Laura provided strategic HR leadership and support to the organization as a member of the executive team. Laura focused on developing strategic plans to give the organization a competitive advantage in the global market, while recognizing and working with the constraints of the organization.

Laura I. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the Glendon Campus of York University | Campus Glendon de l’Université York from 2002 to 2004. During the same period, they also pursued a Human Resources Management (HRM) degree at Sheridan College. In December 2007, Laura obtained the CHRL and CHRE certifications from HRPAO. Additionally, they earned the certification of HIPAA-Certified from the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act in April 2013.
