Maxine Yang

UX Designer at KUBRA

Maxine Yang began their career as a Sales Associate at UNIQLO in 2017. In 2020, they served as the User Experience Design Lead at Rafiki Digital, where they collaborated with a team to create responsive websites and applications. From 2021 to 2022, Maxine worked as a UI/UX Designer at Hambly & Woolley Inc., where they worked with diverse clients and solved complex design problems. Currently, they are employed as a UX Designer at KUBRA, where they collaborate cross-functionally, conducts user research, and develops wireframes and prototypes across various interfaces.

Maxine Yang completed a Certificate in UX/UI Design from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Criminology & Socio-Legal Studies from the University of Toronto, where they studied from an unknown start year to 2019. In 2017 to 2018, Maxine enrolled in the Part-Time Web Development Program at Juno College of Technology. Their education journey began with General Studies at Ressun Lukio IB World School, where they completed High School from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Maxine has acquired several certifications, including one in UX/UI Design from the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies in August 2020. Maxine also holds an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The International Baccalaureate, obtained in August 2014. In 2010, Maxine received a Music Diploma for Classical Piano from Espoon kaupunki - City of Espoo.
