Susan Morandi has extensive work experience in the human resources field. Susan currently serves as the Human Resources Director at KUBTEC Medical Imaging, starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at ConnectiCare from 2018 to 2022, holding the position of Senior HR Business Partner.
From 2004 to 2017, Susan worked at Clayton Holdings LLC, where they held various roles. Susan served as the Director of Human Resources from 2013 to 2017, overseeing HR functions and practices for business units in multiple states. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2008 to 2013 and as a Human Resources Generalist from 2005 to 2008. Susan began their tenure at Clayton Holdings LLC as a Human Resources Associate from 2004 to 2005, successfully supporting the daily operations of the HR Department.
Prior to their time at Clayton Holdings LLC, Susan worked at GMAC Mortgage as a Site Administrator/Executive Assistant from 2002 to 2004. Susan also served as the Field Marketing Manager/Tradeshow & Events Manager at Xerox Engineering Systems from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they worked as an Executive Assistant at PCNet, Inc. in 1997 and as a Facilities Coordinator/Activities Coordinator at Supervised Lifestyles Inc. from 1994 to 1997.
Throughout their career, Susan Morandi has demonstrated proficiency in various HR functions, including leadership, budgeting, benefits administration, payroll management, performance management, employee relations, recruiting, training, organizational development, employment law, FMLA/ADA/EEO/WC, HRIS technologies, employee engagement, employee retention, vendor management, policy and procedure development, and RIFs.
Susan Morandi received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Gettysburg College in 1994.
