Dr Ola Brown

Dr. Ola Brown is the Founder and General Partner at Healthcap Africa, a venture capital firm that invests in pre-Series A startups in fintech and healthtech, with a portfolio of approximately 30 companies. They also serve as a Non-Executive Director at Kuda and a Board Member for the African Venture Philanthropy Alliance in West Africa. Previously, Dr. Brown founded Flying Doctors Nigeria, a tech-enabled urgent care services marketplace, and has held roles at the NHS, Jikei University Hospital in Japan, and YPO. Dr. Brown pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Finance at the University of London from 2023 to 2025.
