Raj Kulasingam

Raj Kulasingam is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate, private equity, real estate, oil and gas, and energy infrastructure transactions, especially focused on Sub-Saharan Africa. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Dentons since June 2010, Raj is also an active member of the firm's Global Africa Group. Additional roles include Investor and Adviser at LegalTechTalk, Executive Committee Member at the African Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (AVCA), and Managing Director of SM River Ventures Limited. Raj has held various advisory and investment roles in multiple companies such as Sherpa Ventures, OnePipe.io Services Limited, AMP Global Technologies, Smile Identity, and Kuda. Raj's educational background includes an LLB from the University of Warwick and training as an Utter Barrister at the Inns of Court School of Law.
