Aaron Rubens

Aaron Rubens is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kudoboard, an online workplace appreciation solution. Aaron also served as a Senior Product Manager at Mission Lane from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, Aaron worked as a Product Manager at Khan Academy in 2014 and as a School Improvement Director at Alta Vista Charter School from 2011 to 2013. Aaron began their career as a High School Mathematics Teacher at Alta Vista Charter School through Teach For America from 2009 to 2011. Before that, Aaron was a Consultant at Monitor Deloitte (formerly Monitor Group) from 2007 to 2009 and Co-Founder, Director, and Advisor at The NOLA Fund from 2005 to 2007.

Aaron Rubens graduated from Mattawan High School. Aaron then attended Tulane University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Later, from 2013 to 2015, Aaron pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School.
