David Benoit

David Benoit has over 35 years of experience in security management and program security. David began their career in 1985 as the Director of Security for the National Reconnaissance Office Mission Integration Directorate and USAF Senior Security Manager, where they were responsible for the protection and application of several multimillion dollar classified programs. In 2005, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Consultant, where they conceptualized, designed, developed and executed process improvement recommendations for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA’s) long-term enterprise transformation program. From 2006 to 2010, they worked for ManTech SMA as a Senior Security Manager, providing day-to-day SCI, SAP, and RESERVE (RSV) program security support, guidance and consultation to NRO Senior Leadership of the NRO, DoD, and CIA Special Communication’s Community. In 2010, they joined PL Consulting as a Senior Security Manager, managing and leading contract support teams providing multi-discipline program security support to the NRO’s Office of Security and Counter Intelligence and NRO’s Special Communication Office. David then joined Iridium Satellite as the Director of Security in 2013, providing enterprise security guidance, oversight, and security management to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manuals (NISPOM) and DoD Directives. From 2014 to 2021, they worked for Noblis-ESI as their Senior Security Manager, serving as the "Acting" Director of Security and Counterintelligence for the entire Noblis corporate family. David currently works for Kudu Dynamics LLC as their Security Division Chief and Sr. Security Manager and CPSO.

David Benoit obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2015. David also obtained a BS in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Additionally, they hold a FSO for Possessing Facility certification from the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA).
