Tom P.

Tom P. currently serves as Principal Investigator at Kudu Dynamics LLC since May 2023, after holding various influential roles in the US Navy from 2015 to 2023, including Director for Innovation and Capability Development and Lead Talent Manager for the Cyber Warfare Engineering Community. Prior to these positions, Tom P. was Deputy Director for the Advanced Technology Office at Naval Sea Systems Command, and Chief Engineer for the Navy Cyber Warfare Development Group. Additional contributions include serving as Research Fellow at Kudu Dynamics LLC earlier in 2023, and Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina in 2022. Tom P. has a substantial background in military leadership roles, having been a Combat Systems Inspector and Program Manager before earning a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, complemented by a Master's in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering from distinguished institutions.
