Mischa Gerritsen

Mischa Gerritsen has a diverse professional background, primarily in quality assurance, process optimization, and project management. Experience includes a role at Aeronamic as a TBK Stagiair, where end inspections were optimized and digitized within the ARAS PLM platform. Currently, Mischa is engaged in a two-year traineeship at Bluetech Engineering to become an expert in process optimization through practical experience and specialized training, while also working as a Werkvoorbereider at Kuijpers to prepare and manage projects within set deadlines and budgets. Previous positions include leadership roles in team management at New York Pizza and Leus Carwash Almelo, as well as improvement engineering at Dijkstra Plastics and new product introduction at Benchmark. Mischa holds a Bachelor's degree from Saxion and has completed secondary education at Het Erasmus and OPDC 't Nijrees.
