Summer Lee

Summer Lee has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Brand Representative at Hollister Co. from October 2016 to August 2018. Summer then worked as a Concessions Staff at Green Ridge Recreation Club from May 2016 to August 2018. In 2018, they interned as a Marketing Intern at Optical Cable Corporation from May 2018 to January 2019. Summer then gained experience as a Property Intern at Hilton from June 2019 to August 2019. Summer continued to expand their skills as a Marketing and Communications Assistant at Virginia Tech Program in Real Estate from August 2019 to May 2021. Currently, Summer holds the position of Junior SEO Content Analyst at KUKUI since May 2021.

Summer Lee completed their secondary education at Northside High School, where they obtained an Advanced Studies diploma in 2017. Summer then continued their education at Virginia Western Community College, where they pursued a Dual Enrollment program from 2014 to 2017.

In 2017, Summer began their bachelor's degree at Virginia Tech, majoring in Marketing. Summer successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing in 2021. Additionally, they also pursued a second Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management during the same period at Virginia Tech, which they also completed in 2021.

Throughout their education, Summer Lee demonstrated their commitment to ongoing professional development by obtaining several certifications. These include Cvent University Certification from Cvent in November 2019, Delphi Certification from Hilton in June 2019, Email Marketing, Inbound Marketing, Content Marketing, and Social Media Marketing Certifications from HubSpot Academy in various months of 2020 and 2019. Summer also obtained the Google Ads Display Certification from Google in April 2021.
