Rithwik Hari is currently the Head of Implementation at Kula, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Rithwik served as the Senior Manager of Recruiting Technology & Analytics at Match Group from December 2021 to September 2025. Rithwik's experience includes roles at Xero as Talent Operations Lead and at Lever as Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant, where responsibilities involved leading ATS implementations for enterprise clients and advising on recruiting strategies. Earlier positions at Epic and various research roles provided experience in project management and data analysis. Rithwik holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Tufts University and has studied at Capital Normal University in China.
