Jayan Dy is an innovative business and IT leader with over 14 years of experience in sales automation, digital marketing, data analytics, and ERP systems. They currently serve as the Vice President of Digital & Innovation at SM Retail and co-founded Kulay in 2024. Previously, Jayan led global payroll solutions and operations across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East for Procter & Gamble.
