Mark Soffa

Mark Soffa currently serves as the Philadelphia Section Chairman at IEEE and has been with Kulicke and Soffa as the Engineering Manager since 1979. Mark previously worked as an Electrical Engineer at RCA. Mark holds a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Colorado State University and a BSEE/BA in Electrical Engineering/Natural Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Mark is recognized as a Fellow and is responsible for managing electrical engineering and servo development at Kulicke and Soffa.
