Michael Spudat is a seasoned consultant, coach, and organizational developer with a diverse professional background. Currently, Michael operates m.spudat - coaching|culture|change since July 2016, while also serving as a management consultant and trainer at SCHEELEN® AG since January 2018. In addition, Michael has been a consultant and trainer for cultural analysis at Kultify since March 2018. Previous experience includes roles such as systemic consultant and coach at marcminorgroup, consultant and coach at consense plus, and seminar leader at Bayerisches Rotes Kreuz. Michael holds a Diplom-Andragoge degree with a focus on psychology, sociology, and adult education from Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg, complemented by training at the Institut für systemische Beratung.
