Stephan Bloss

Stephan Bloß is the founder and managing director of Kultify, a company established in January 2016 that specializes in bespoke survey solutions aimed at enhancing employer development. Prior to Kultify, Stephan was a member of the first batch at ZOLLHOF - Tech Incubator from April 2018 to March 2020 and received a 12-month funding grant for Kultify from the Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie between May 2017 and April 2018. Additionally, Stephan worked at entero AG in 2016-2017, focusing on B2B after-sales management consulting. Academically, Stephan holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm. Further education continues with thePower program starting in 2021.
