Kulture Rebellion is a predictive AI fermentation platform that designs natural microbial consortia to deliver flavour and function at commercial scale.

We work with beverage producers to develop zero-alcohol, clean label and functional beverages, including analogs of beer, wine, RTDs, sodas and spirits, at lower cost. These products are made from alternative ingredients using food-safe microbial consortia in standard tanks.

Our vision is to extend the same platform into ingestible wellness, rare aroma creation and natural strain discovery for partners who want these applications without synthetic additives, engineered strains, or regulatory hurdles.
