Vidyanand Bidya has extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Vidyanand started their career at Arvind Techno Engineers Ltd as an Assistant Engineer, working on a Petrochemical project for Reliance Industries Ltd. After that, they joined Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Limited as a Senior Engineer, where they worked on the Tata Motors (Telco) Pune & Mumbai – Pune Express Highway Project. At Tata Motors, they handled the site press shop. Later, Vidyanand worked at Rohan Builders India P Ltd, where they served as a Site Incharge for multiple projects including Rohan Sehar and Rohan Nilay II. Vidyanand then moved to Vascon Engineers Ltd as a DGM (Project), overseeing the Symbiosis International University project. Currently, Vidyanand is employed at Kumar Builders KUL as a Project Head for the KUL Ecoloch township project.
Vidyanand Bidya has a Master's Degree in Engineering (HADT) from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, which they obtained from 1988 to 1990. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Civil Engineering from Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology, completing their studies from 1984 to 1988.
In addition to their formal education, Vidyanand Bidya has also obtained several certifications. These include Concrete Mix Design from Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd., Construction Safety Management from NICMAR, and Safety Management on Construction Sites from CREDAI.
