Chelsea, Wang Xiaoyu is a Group Risk Manager at Kuok Group Singapore, specializing in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Counterparty Credit Risk Management. They previously served as a Group Credit Risk Manager within the organization, overseeing risk management for multiple business units. Chelsea has extensive experience in maritime strategy and market research, having contributed to high-impact projects at Pacific Carriers Limited and Drewry Shipping Consultants Ltd. They completed a Ph.D. in Maritime, Shipping, and Operations Research at Nanyang Technological University, where they also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies with First Class Honors.
