John Siepelinga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global operations and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Global Digital Transformation Leader at Kuraray since July 2021, John focuses on developing and executing corporate digital strategies while fostering organizational culture and improving processes. Prior to this role, John was the Sr. Director of Global Operations at Kuraray America, Inc., overseeing operations across seven manufacturing sites and ensuring the integration of Quality Management Systems.
