Kurek Hersi is a B2B market intelligence firm focused on high-stakes go-to-market, pricing, and positioning decisions inside AI-first companies.

These companies are required to make irreversible commercial commitments in markets where categories are still forming, buyer trust is uneven, and internal data or external advice does not provide a reliable basis for decision-making.

Kurek Hersi exists to establish clear, shared market understanding at the point where leadership teams must decide how an AI product is sold, priced, and positioned.

The firm operates exclusively at senior level, working with CMOs, Heads of Growth, Product and Strategy leaders, and founders accountable for revenue or long-term strategic outcomes.

This is not consulting, execution, or tooling.
It is market intelligence designed to support confident commitment and defensible decisions.
