Kurnl is a Canadian company building premium shared fibre infrastructure and a building platform for multi-family buildings.

We help developers, building owners, and property managers turn connectivity into a long-term building asset. Instead of duplicated telecom infrastructure or exclusive provider arrangements, Kurnl delivers one premium shared fibre network, an open Internet Service Provider marketplace, and a platform that improves access, choice, visibility, and service experience over time.

For buildings, Kurnl creates a new revenue opportunity, differentiates the resident experience, and supports future-ready connectivity without adding operational burden. We coordinate installation, onboarding, support, provider settlements, reporting, and ongoing network operations.

For residents, Kurnl means better internet, more choice, and a simpler connected-building experience. Residents can activate service quickly, choose their provider and plan, manage their account, access building services, and layer in Kurnl-enabled features as they become available — from speed boosts and vacation settings to future building-connected services.

For Internet Service Providers, Kurnl creates a neutral, lower-friction way to reach customers without duplicating physical networks. Providers can compete on service quality, customer experience, and value-added offerings over shared infrastructure built for long-term performance.

Kurnl brings a globally proven open-access model to Canada, designed for developers, residents, service providers, and long-term building ownership.

Shared infrastructure. Shared value. Canada’s co-operation network for better connected buildings.
