WHO WE ARE

With an AV Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating (highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards from the preeminent attorney rating organization) and being named by U.S. News & World Reports as one of the best law firms in the United States, Kurre Schneps LLP is a premier Elder Law and Trusts & Estates law firm that recognizes that our clients work hard to attain their standard of living, raise and educate their children, provide for their retirement years, and see to it that their families are cared for in the event of their disability or death.

OUR MISSION AND OUR PASSION

We are passionate about our mission of protecting our clients’ assets and dignity. We help our clients navigate the highly complex laws surrounding Medicaid and other public benefits, wills, trusts, estates, tax planning, estate planning, probate, guardianships, nursing homes and health care issues. Concentrating in these areas enables us to deliver high quality legal representation at cost-effective fees with the personal attention of senior level attorneys that only a small or medium sized firm can provide. We clearly explain the laws as they apply to each individual client and we patiently discuss the available legal options and strategies which should be implemented as part of an appropriate plan.

EXPERIENCED TEAM OF LAWYERS

The attorneys at Kurre Schneps, each of whom has compiled an impressive resume of success, combine multiple disciplines for a wealth of knowledge and experience. In addition to many years of experience, our attorneys are recognized experts in their fields, holding outstanding peer reviewed certifications and credentials or advanced post-Juris Doctor law degrees.
