Currently serving as the Co-Founder of MORICON Consultants, Susan leads operational transformations and enhances customer experiences in the property and technology sectors. As a Non-Executive Director at KUSCO and a Board Advisor at VALUE TECH FACTOR LTD, Susan focuses on operational and commercial strategy. Previously, they held notable positions at renowned organizations, including Shangri-La Hotels & Resorts and Fairmont Raffles Hotels International, where they implemented significant operational improvements. Susan earned an MSc in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey and a Master Certificate in Project Management from Schulich School of Business at York University.
