John Ruglio (He/Him)

John Ruglio has 35+ years experience in the field of Information Technology. John is currently Chief Technology Officer at Kushner, where he is responsible for all technology strategy, operations, cybersecurity, and support for various multi-family, commercial, and hotel assets. John also focused on designing and implementing new construction technology infrastructure for projects in the development pipeline.

Prior to this, John served as the Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations at Resorts Casino Hotel, overseeing technology infrastructure and cybersecurity for a landmark casino hotel. John was responsible for managing server, desktop, network, telecom, and AS/400 environments, as well as corporate and gaming systems.

John also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at Complete Business Connections, where he was a part of the senior leadership team and managed a team of systems architects, infrastructure engineers, project managers, and call center agents.

At JPMorgan Chase & Co., John served as the Executive Director and Global Program Manager, overseeing a portfolio of infrastructure projects and leading a program to integrate a retail line of business into the company's infrastructure.

John’s experience also includes serving as the Vice President of IT at Warnaco Inc., where he was responsible for global technology infrastructure and operations across multiple regions. John managed a cross-functional team and oversaw server, network, storage operations, as well as telecom, InfoSec, architecture/engineering, helpdesk, and computer operations.

Additionally, John worked as the Vice President of Information Technology at Primedia Group, managing IT infrastructure, operations, and technology strategy for a global media company. John also played a key role in implementing an Oracle ERP system.

Earlier in his career, John served as a Technology Director at Time Inc., where they were responsible for technology support for editorial, publishing, and online divisions. John worked closely with editorial and publishing staff to ensure timely production of magazine content.

John Ruglio attended Kean University from 1984 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science.
