With one foot planted firmly in the practicalities of business and the other standing solidly in human possibility, Kusten Consulting Inc. can help you design, develop and deliver projects and programs to move you, and your people, forward.

Nothing gets done without your people. Your team delivers when they buy in to your vision. They engage when they feel challenged and expectations are clear. They choose to put their best efforts forward when they trust you’ve got their backs.

Despite the importance placed on budgets and schedules, projects are only successful when the people delivering them are supported.

At Kusten, we model a people-first approach to project and program work. Relationships come first. Clear communication is essential.

Setting your folks up for success means your projects succeed more of the time, and when there are challenges, your people will rise to meet them.

We are skilled at leveraging both internal and external strengths and experience to grow and celebrate your team as we work together to deliver project outcomes. That means your team walks away stronger, more skilled and more confident to deliver the next initiative.
