Kustom Living is a specialist construction and refurbishment partner dedicated to the retirement living sector, working alongside village owners, operators and managers to deliver high-quality unit refurbishments that prepare homes for their new residents. We understand that in retirement communities, trust, consistency and responsiveness matter just as much as the finished product. That’s why our approach focuses on building long-term partnerships—supporting village teams with reliable delivery, clear communication and quality workmanship that residents and operators can depend on. By doing what we say we will do and maintaining a strong on-site presence, Kustom Living helps villages efficiently transition units while ensuring every refurbished home is ready for residents to move in with confidence.
