Darin Willis is a results-proven building systems integration professional with over 30 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as VP of Federal Programs at Kustom, Darin has a deep understanding of building controls, security, and life safety markets, complemented by strong communication and leadership skills. Darin's previous roles include Director of Federal Programs at Crete Mechanical Group and Business Development Leader at Honeywell Building Solutions, where they drove sales and provided coaching to sales representatives. Darin holds a Master's degree in Sustainability Studies from the San Francisco Institute of Architecture and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
