Rick Stephan

Rick Stephan is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in the restoration and construction industries. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Kustom US since November 2022, Rick previously held project management roles at First Onsite Property Restoration, Paul Davis National, and THS National, LLC. Rick’s career began with Paul Davis USA as an Emergency Services Technician, specializing in water, fire, and mold remediation. Prior to entering the construction industry, Rick served in the United States Marine Corps from 1992 to 2003. Additionally, Rick was an Operations Manager at Preferred Restoration & Construction, Inc., overseeing daily operations and project management, contributing to consistent company growth. Rick holds a diploma from Eldorado High School, graduating in 1992.
