KutMor’s shareholding geographic reach covers communities extending from Benaria & Aijagaiba in the north west through to  Kantobo in the south east. 

KutMor was formed as a direct result of meetings by landowner leaders and landowner company’s (Lanco’s) in late 2011 and early 2012. The company’s ownership is structured into 14 share classes each representing a discreet geographic area either within or in a buffer area in close proximity to the existing Petroleum Development Licenses (PDL) 2, 5 & 6.

The board comprises one (1) Director elected by the shareholders of each class plus one (1) independent Director. The company’s head office is located in Port Moresby in the newly constructed ENBDC Kada Gunan building and also an office based within Santos Limited’s Iagifu Ridge Operations Camp, located near Lake Kutubu, in the Southern Highlands Province, within PDL 2.
