Ingmar Daams

Ingmar Daams is the founder of Kuuma. From 2019 to 2022 they led Utrecht Natuurlijk's Eilandsteede as Locatie Coordinator, managing a team of 15 and overseeing budgeting, programming, and maintenance for a large urban farm and city garden in Utrecht that hosted roughly 50,000 visitors annually. In 2018 they coordinated the Stedelijksportteam for Harten voor Sport to increase youth sport participation, and earlier held roles including Sales and Event Coordinator at MC Adventure Malta (2015) and PE Coordinator at Sport in Action (2014). They earned a Bachelor's degree in International Sport Management and Business from the University of Applied Sciences Amsterdam (2012–2016) and are pursuing HAVO at Arentheem; they also completed the Sport Development Minor at HVA Amsterdam (2015–2016).
