Kuutch is an award winning workplace wellbeing, leadership and culture consultancy helping organisations create healthier, more effective places to work. We specialise in supporting high pressure and high performance environments where burnout, disengagement, leadership strain and culture challenges can affect both people and performance.

🏆 Wellbeing Service Provider of the Year 2026
🏆 UK South West StartUp Awards Winner | Health & Wellbeing 2025

We work with organisations that genuinely care about their people but recognise that wellbeing initiatives alone rarely solve the problem. Because wellbeing isn't a perk, a poster campaign or a wellbeing week. It's influenced by leadership, culture, communication, workload, financial pressure and the everyday experience of work. This aligns with Kuutch's established view that wellbeing should not be treated as a standalone initiative but embedded into organisational culture and systems.

About Kuutch
Kuutch was founded by Samantha Tremlin, a former senior corporate leader and global wellbeing lead who understands the realities of high pressure environments from the inside. Today, Kuutch brings together a trusted collective of specialists across workplace wellbeing, leadership, culture, mental health, coaching and organisational development.

The name Kuutch is inspired by the Welsh word cwtch, a sense of comfort, belonging and feeling safe. Be well to do well.
