Matt Lenaghan is an experienced actuarial professional with a strong background in annuity product design and management. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President at Kuvare Holdings since July 2025, Matt previously held a similar position at F&G from December 2022 to June 2025, where responsibilities included leading new product launches and designing the company's first registered indexed linked annuity (RILA) product. Prior to F&G, Matt worked at Pacific Life as Director and Actuary from January 2014 to December 2022, overseeing pricing for retail annuity products and managing relationships with reinsurance partners. Earlier experience includes roles at Allstate Financial and AIG, focusing on product implementation and financial reporting, respectively. Matt graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2000.
