David Stein, CFA, MSc. is a seasoned professional in the mining sector, currently serving as President and CEO of Kuya Silver since August 2018, overseeing the company’s flagship asset, the high-grade Bethania Silver Mine in Peru. Since October 2009, David has also held the position of Director at Corporate Director Inc, advising both public and private mining enterprises, including serving as a director for Panthera Resources, which is listed on the AIM market in the UK. Previously, David was the President and CEO/COO of Aberdeen International Inc., from October 2009 to August 2016, focusing on investment opportunities in development-stage resources. Additionally, David held an interim role as President & CEO at Rodinia, contributing to the acquisition of the Diablillos lithium brine deposit. David's experience includes serving as a Director/Analyst at Cormark Securities and as a Student Researcher at Barrick Gold Corporation. David holds an MSc. in Economic Geology and a BSc. in Geological Engineering, both from Queen's University.
