Shane Summers

Shane Summers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in DOT compliance and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as the DOT Compliance Manager at kVP Energy Services, LLC since May 2025, Shane previously held several key positions including Community Association Manager at Goodwin & Company, and DOT/Fleet Specialist at BHI Energy, where responsibilities included ensuring compliance with motor vehicle regulations and overseeing fleet management. Shane also has a strong background in GPS management and field service technology, having worked as DOT Director and GPS Administrator at Cobra Energy, and as GPS Coordinator at Higher Power Electrical, LLC. Earlier career highlights include roles in the insurance and precision agriculture sectors, alongside a foundational experience in manufacturing as Fab & Design Manager at Asher MFG. Shane is a Lockney High School graduate, class of 2000.
