Pooja Arora has over 9 years of global experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in Learning Consulting, Technology Capability Building, and Stakeholder Management. Pooja's expertise encompasses Learning Technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS), Virtual and E-learning, as well as L&D Operations and Knowledge Management. Pooja began her career as a Sales Manager at SISGAIN from January 2012 to March 2016 and currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at KVCH since March 2016, where Pooja has managed diverse roles and responsibilities in the field.
