Adam Bennett

Adam Bennett is an experienced journalist currently serving as the Weekend Daybreak Anchor and Senior Reporter at KVUE since April 2024. Prior to this role, Adam was a Reporter and Multi-Media Journalist at KHOU-TV from March 2015 to April 2024, where responsibilities included shooting, editing, and writing stories, as well as live broadcasting across multiple shows. Adam’s earlier career includes positions as a Morning Reporter/Multimedia Journalist at KEYE-TV, where notable live reporting included significant events such as the Fort Hood shootings and the West fertilizer plant explosion. Additional experience encompasses roles at KAMR NBC 4/KCIT Fox 14 as a Reporter and Weekend Anchor, along with internships at KTBC-TV, WFAA-TV, and various other media organizations. Adam holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin.
