Amol Shenoy is an experienced engineering manager at kW Engineering, with a focus on carbon neutrality and energy efficiency initiatives across the Bay Area since September 2012. Shenoy's expertise includes managing HVAC controls upgrade projects, leading LEED commissioning and energy audits for large commercial buildings, and creating commissioning plans for a private university's sports facility. Prior to kW Engineering, Shenoy served as a lead student and research assistant at the Industrial Assessment Center at Oklahoma State University, supervising energy audits and generating significant cost savings for clients. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor's in Production Engineering, both from Oklahoma State University and Fr. Conceicao Rodrigues College of Engineering, respectively.
