Shiv Patel

Shiv Patel is an experienced engineer currently employed at kW Engineering since September 2020. Previously, Shiv worked as a Hardware Software Design Engineer at Applied Medical Visualizations from May 2019 to July 2020, where a smart home care device was designed and prototyped for pre/post surgery patients. Prior experience includes an internship at Scientia Vascular, LLC in 2018, focusing on testing and optimizing neurovascular guidewires and micro-catheters, and an internship at Intsel Steel West in 2017, where innovative automation solutions for steel processing were developed. Shiv holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah and has completed additional coursework in Computer Engineering at the same institution.
