KW Strategy partners with corporate, philanthropic, and non-profit organisations to deliver bespoke strategies that drive lasting, measurable change.

Founded in April 2023 by Euan Wilmshurst, with over 30 years of global experience, we work across the corporate, philanthropic, and non-profit sectors, breaking down silos to create meaningful, sustainable impact.

We work across early years, education, climate, and social impact, delivering customised solutions grounded in evidence and tailored to each organisation's unique needs and challenges.

Six ways we help our clients create change:

- Philanthropy advisory. Supporting foundations, family offices, and corporate philanthropies on giving strategy, programme design, and the partnerships that turn intent into lasting impact.

- Impact communications. Communications used to drive impact, not produce content. Audience-first, anchored in strategy, and shaped to advance the outcomes that matter.

- Funding positioning. Strengthening organisations' positioning so they can attract more funders and grow their funding base.

- Executive advisory. A trusted thought partner for CEOs and senior leaders through critical decisions.

- Advocacy leadership. Leading advocacy efforts that amplify your cause and influence decision-makers where it counts.

- Strategic partnerships and external engagement. Building cross-sector partnerships and engagement that expand reach, deepen connections, and strengthen your place in the ecosystem.

KW Strategy is named in honour of Keir W., now 10 years old and the firm's non-executive chairperson. Keir is an everyday reminder that children and young people must be at the heart of the decisions we make today. It keeps us curious, honest, and focused on the future we're shaping.
